On this basis, the daily-use ceramic industry has continued to develop steadily, and the output of daily-use ceramics has also continued to improve.

 

During the period of 2014-2022, China's daily-use ceramics production overall maintains a steady growth trend, and daily-use ceramics production grows from 40.9 billion pieces in 2014 to 65.3 billion pieces in 2022.

 

From the point of view of the distribution of daily-use ceramics enterprises, China's daily-use ceramics enterprises are mainly concentrated in the eastern coastal region, in which Guangdong, Fujian, Shandong, Jiangsu and other provinces and cities have most of China's daily-use ceramics enterprises, followed by Zhejiang, Henan and other regions, and the rest of the places, such as Sichuan, Guangxi, Henan, Shanxi, Hebei and other provinces, although there is a distribution of enterprises, but the number of relatively small.

 

In 2023 by the impact of overseas economic environment turbulence, daily-use ceramics export situation is bad, January-August 2023 daily-use ceramic products export volume of 2.96 million tons, down 9.2% year-on-year; export amount of 10.8 billion U.S. dollars, a year-on-year decline of 22.1%.
